Janet Jackson Leaving Music?

– When any music legend looks like they are going down hill, there is no doubt that it dents the industry. Next in line is Janet Jackson, a singer that has spent nearly 30 years producing records. Throughout this period of time she has managed to sell a huge 100 million records on a world wide basis, establishing herself as one of the most popular female singers of all time.

Unfortunately, according to recent reports, she has decided to cease producing albums for the future. Her ex-boyfriend Jermaine Dupri had a few words to say about the news release, suggesting that Janet had mentioned a few times that there was simply no real opportunity as far as producing albums is concerned these days.

Of course, she does have something else in the pipeline, so we will be seeing her around. It seems that Janet is going to try her hand at acting and is looking to develop that side of her career much further than anyone imagined.

People may think that is the end of her singing career necessarily. Reports suggest that Janet mentioned the budget for an album makes it not financially viable. On the other hand the odd single may be released as they seem to produce a much better return for a well established singer like herself.
